La Biblioth{\`e}que nationale de France ({BnF)} abrite un patrimoine riche de plusieurs millions de documents constitu{\'e}s en collections qu?elle a pour mission de pr{\'e}server afin de les diffuser au public et les transmettre aux g{\'e}n{\'e}rations futures. Ces collections majoritairement constitu{\'e}es de mat{\'e}riaux organiques et hygroscopiques comme le papier ou le cuir sont sujettes aux biod{\'e}t{\'e}riorations, notamment par les moisissures de l?environnement. Ces biod{\'e}t{\'e}riorations engendrent une perte de la valeur patrimoniale allant d?un simple pr{\'e}judice esth{\'e}tique d{\^u} {\`a} la pr{\'e}sence de t{\^a}ches color{\'e}es {\`a} la disparition irr{\'e}m{\'e}diable d?informations. Afin d?{\'e}viter l?apparition de biod{\'e}t{\'e}riorations et le recours aux traitements biocides, la {BnF} met en ?uvre des mesures pr{\'e}ventives ayant pour objectif de r{\'e}duire l?apport et la propagation des biocontaminants et d?emp{\^e}cher leur d{\'e}veloppement. Pour {\'e}laborer ces mesures et {\'e}valuer objectivement leur efficacit{\'e}, une politique globale de gestion du risque a {\'e}t{\'e} d{\'e}velopp{\'e}e. L?objet de cet article est de pr{\'e}senter cette d{\'e}marche de management du risque en terme de m{\'e}thodes d?{\'e}chantillonnage, crit{\`e}res de risque, et seuils d?alerte ou d?action permettant d?{\'e}valuer la probabilit{\'e} de survenue des dommages et leur gravit{\'e}.

The French national Library (Biblioth{\`e}que nationale de France {\textendash} BnF) houses a cultural heritage of several millions documents gathered in collections. The BnF foremost mission is the preservation of these collections to make them available to the public and the future generations. These collections, mainly made up of organic and hygroscopic materials as paper or leather, are very exposed to biodeterioration, especially to airborne fungi. Biodeteriorations damages cause a loss of patrimonial value going from unaesthetical coloured stains to irremedial loss of information. To avoid biodeteriorations and biocide treatments, the BnF implements preventive procedures in order to reduce biocontaminants entries and spreading and to prevent their development. To elaborate these procedures and objectively evaluate their effectiveness, a risk management strategy has been carried out. The aim of this article is to present this strategy focused on sampling methods, risk criteria and alert or action threshold limits values allowing to assess the damages severity and their occurrence probability.
